Having the right size or style and you happy is very important to us.  If you simply need to exchange a size or change the colour/style please post to the following address.

For your protection, please send your package to us via a traceable and insured/ registered prepaid method.  Please call or email us before you return the items and let us know if you would like to return the item/s, receive a credit note or exchange for a different size/ colour. No exchanges or credit notes can be issued until the unwanted goods are returned and received by Isabella's Passion.

Presents & Gifts
We will even exchange even if your item was a gift.  Simply indicate this on the returns and exchange form and we will send you the right size .

Re-delivery fee on exchanges
If you would like to exchange please include a paid registered post bag with your items for return or payment of $9.90 for re-delivery fees (Australia only).  For international customers we will advise of the delivery fee according to your location.

RETURNS POLICY FOR ALL ONLINE ORDERS ONLY

Please ensure all goods returned are unwashed, unworn and with all labels/ tags attached. Please return all unwanted goods within 30 days of invoice date to the address listed above. We will put a store credit your account excluding delivery/handling and gift wrapping.  Speciality, hosiery and custom made items/ alterations cannot be returned.  

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES INFORMATION

We take great pride in our reputation for quality and excellent service. Please let us know if you are not happy for any reason with the stock you purchased from online or one of our retail stores. The items you buy from us are not like many other online stores (made in China) selling items that fall apart after one wash. Most of our lingerie is made in Europe or the USA.

Shipping and handling charges are not redeemable/refundable.
Special offers may adjust your final credit if you had purchased a 'two for one' or similar offer code.
