  • What is your online returns and exchange policy?
    We offer a 'no worries' 30 day return or exchange program.  Buy it and for any reason within the 30 days you decide that it is not for you then simply send back.  Must of course be in original condition with tags intact.
  • How do I return or exchange goods?
    Click here on this link for the exchange and returns form and send back to us in a traceable form of postage.
  • I am buying this as a present. Do you gift wrap?
    Yes, when you proceed to checkout, you will tick the box to indicate that you would like gift wrapping and can even leave a message which we will attach to your gift.  Price is $6.00
  • Do you send out the packages discreetly?
    Yes we send all packages out in a waterproof white plastic envelope with nothing to indicate on the outside where it is from.  So it is safe from the mother-in-law or your office collegues! 
  • How can I receive your catalogues? 
    Click here to join and you will receive catalogues and promotions.  You don't even have to purchase anything to join.
  • How secure is my transaction? 
    We use secured credit card payment gateway. You will notice a padlock icon on the base of your browser on the loigin page and  when you enter through to the 'checkout'. This indicates that all information entered in the session is secure.  We do not transfer those details to others for their commercial use. Unlike giving credit card details with other online stores, our online system automatically encrypts all your details using the latest SSL V3 encryption standard.  And unlike some online stores, we do not store your credit card details electronically so our system is impossible to be hacked.
    But if you wish, you can still just give us a call and speak to a real person straight away, no machines, no hassles.
  • How do I become an Isabella's Passion MODEL?

GIFT CARDS

How I use E - Gift card online?
Login into your account, go to "MY Gift card" there you will find your code, which you can then redeem and use in your shopping cart before completing your order. 
After login and adding products to your cart, you can use your e- gift card code on My Cart Page, not on checkout page.
 

ORDERING INFORMATION

  • How can I pay for my order online? 
    We make it easy to pay at Isabella's Passion.  You can use our automated system for processing credit cards, come into one of our stores or redeem a  E gift card.
  • If a size is out of stock, can I backorder?
    Yes we will automatically put your order on backorder and advise of the timeframe to delivery.  Remember we have multiple stores and a huge warehouse so you can be guaranteed the best chance of delivery of any online store in Australia.  No waiting like the other web sites. 
  • I don't know my size, can you help?
    Feel free to call any of the stores or send a email to support@isabellaspassion.com.au for help with sizing.  Also look at our size chart click here.
  • What credit cards can I use at Isabella's Passion? 
    We accept Visa, Mastercard, JCB, Diners and American Express. 
     

SHIPPING INFORMATION

  • How do you calculate shipping and handling? 
    We offer FREE shipping for orders over $100 and a flat rate of $9.90 for orders under.  Click here for further information.   
  • Do you ship overseas?

  • How can I track my goods that I ordered? 
    We will send you a tracking number that tracks every package that we send.  If the package gets lost in the mail or is damaged please notify us immediately and we will send you another one.

  • I bought an Isabella's Passion product last summer, will it be coming back?        
    Some items are limited edition so we only run for a short period and do not bring back next season. If you are unsure if we have it please drop us a email and we will advise.

    We try to keep our prices consistant.  Occasionally, our pricing may be slightly different due to special promotions or mark downs.  Special product mark downs or promotions that appear within our online store are only available when ordering online unless otherwise stated.

  • I have received an offer code online.  How do I use it?
    Simply make your selection and when you checkout enter the code when asked if you have a offer code. 
  • How do I unsubscribe from your mailing list?
    Click here and write 'unsubcribe' with your name.  If you do not order anything for a period of one year then you will be automatically be unsubscibed from the catalogue and mailing list.
